The term e-Book stands for electronic book. It is a book that can be downloaded from the internet or sent as an attachment and can be read on your PC or palm device.

What do I need to read an e-Book?
Most e-Books are in PDF format. For books of this type you will need adobe acrobat reader. You will probably already have this on your PC. If not you can download it free from www.adobe.com
Other e-Books are exe (executable) files. These need no software to run on your PC. Occasionally ebooks will be in Word format and can be viewed on your pc using your word proccessor, or in HTML which can be viewed as a web page.

How do I pay for my e-book
The item description has a PAY NOW button which will take you to either PayPal or Clickbank. These are both very secure and trusted payment options for online sales. I do not see any of your personal details except name address and email address. If you don't have a PayPal account you can get one at www.PayPal.com. You do not need an account to pay with Clickbank.

How will my e-Book be delivered?
Your e-Book will be delivered electronically via email to your primary PayPal email address.

Will I require any additional software?
Some e-Books will be delivered in zipped or compressed format. You will need WinZip to extract the file. If you don't have this or another suitable extraction program you can download it for free from www.winzip.com.

My e-Book has not arrived?
Your e-book will normally be sent instantly to your primary PayPal email address. If you do not receive your e-Book check your spam/trash folder. It will probably be there. If not contact me.
